I'm passionate about working with trauma survivors, anxiety prone individuals and those seeking to lead a more fulfilling life. If you've been feeling paralyzed, struggling with low self-esteem or stuck in a holding pattern you can't seem to get out of; then I know how to help you break free. I strive to understand the unique experiences of every client I work with and I always start by believing. My evidence based interventions help client's resolve trauma, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs quickly so they can live the lives they've longed for.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board-Certified Counselor with more than ten years’ experience. I am Certified in EMDR through the EMDR Institute of America. Additionally, I am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns in FL. I am currently accepting telehealth clients who reside in the state of FL.
