About Me

I am a lifelong learner, former massage therapist, imperfect mom, and partner to a US Veteran. I love engaging in therapeutic work for the way it helps us all connect with a deeper sense of our humanity, especially when navigating grief, loss, and life transitions. My current focus in private practice is on medical trauma, chronic illness, and cancer related distress both for patients and their families.
