About Me

I believe that every person holds the capacity to heal, and the inner wisdom to know how to do so. In our work together, I aim to provide a warm and collaborative space where you can explore your concerns with curiosity and self-compassion, reconnect to that inner wisdom, and work towards a deeper sense of safety, connection, and healing. I work with adults (18+) of all ages and identities, most commonly women and young adults experiencing challenges related to life transitions and adjustment, anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma. Many of my clients may identify as highly sensitive people, are in caregiving professions, and struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. With an understanding of how past experiences can inform our present, my approach is informed by attachment theory, neurobiology, and the connection between the mind and body. Our sessions may include mindfulness and somatic practices to better understand how your unique nervous system has developed adaptive strategies to keep you safe and navigate the world, while gently working to identify and transform patterns that may be leaving you stuck.
