Education & Experience

Carrie completed her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary in 2000. She was licensed in Wisconsin where she worked with individuals with severe mental illness from 2004- 2011. She has been licensed and working in Minnesota since 2009. She has pursued further advanced training in the treatment of complex trauma and dissociation since 2012. Carrie enjoys working with individual, couples and older adolescents. Carrie utilizes a holistic approach building on strengths with sensitivity to client's values and spirituality. She approaches her role as a therapist as one who accompanies individual on their journey moving through and past obstacles that have prevented them living to their full potential - incorporating neurophysiology, body movement, and increased internal awareness.
