About Me

As a Registered Psychotherapist I use evidence-based third-wave cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology strategies, incorporating humanistic and mindfulness-based techniques. I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist. Initially trained in Applied Behaviour Analysis working within the Traumatic Brain Injury and Complex Trauma Rehabilitation fields, I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, after fulfilling executive roles in health care, law and business management. My practice is trauma-informed and incorporates a strength-based approach. My experience includes working with posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, relationships, pain management, grief, adjustment issues and mindset strengthening. When working with couples, I employ strategies evidenced by the Gottman Institute. I am is also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
