About Me
I am an online EMDR therapist that specializes in treating complex PTSD for California residents. I like to get an in depth understanding of where your pain comes from so I can treat it appropriately. I like to treat the things from your past that drive your painful emotional experiences. I also will teach you techniques to help you in the meantime while we are addressing the root of your suffering. I help people put the past in the past where it belongs so you no longer feel defined by it and feel free. I believe that we are all doing the very best we can, with what we know. I do not believe in telling you what choices to make. I'll listen and help you come to decisions on your own, that are in line with your values.
Education & Experience
