About Me

I'm a Licensed Professional (Clinical) Counselor (WI, OH, CT) and EMDR Certified therapist who specializes in intensive therapy for high-functioning women who are ready to move beyond managing their symptoms and into genuine, lasting healing.

My work is grounded in the belief that the body holds wisdom that talk therapy alone rarely reaches. Through my Illuminate Blueprint, I guide clients into a deeper relationship with that wisdom, using EMDR reprocessing as the foundation for meaning-making that feels real, embodied, and their own.

I offer two intensive formats designed for women who are ready to go further than traditional weekly sessions allow.

Somatic EMDR Intensive Sessions are single-day, minimum four-hour intensives that create the focused, uninterrupted space needed for meaningful trauma reprocessing. They serve as the starting point for all new clients in my practice.

Deep Dive Immersions are multi-day experiences that weave together EMDR, somatic practices, Emotional Freedom Techniques, therapeutic journaling, yoga, meditation, and nature-informed therapy including hiking and kayaking. These immersions are for women who are ready to invest deeply in a transformative healing experience.

Follow up sessions at private pay rates are available for ongoing care from traditional 55 min-multi day immersions.

I see clients in person at Bohemian Oasis Spa in Madison, Wisconsin, and virtually across Wisconsin, Ohio, and Connecticut.

My practice is private pay and intentionally small, so every client receives my full attention and a care plan that is truly personalized.
