About Me

Hello :) My name is Cassandre Moore, or Cassie, and I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for the state of Idaho. I'm from Boise and have lived in the Treasure Valley the majority of my life with the exception of a handful of years in Montana. I feel a special connection with those who share love for our beautiful state. I have 15+ years’ experience working within the human-service sector and have been active in the counseling community for over 10 years. Throughout my career I have worked with numerous populations in a variety of settings. I currently focus my counseling practice on adolescents and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety & depression. I blend mindfulness practice, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, strength-based and solution-focused therapy techniques to create an individualized therapeutic approach. Through the development of a strong therapeutic alliance based on understanding and acceptance, clients gain new insights, heal & grow.
