About Me
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, EMDRIA-Certified therapist, Consultant-in-Training, and the Clinical Supervisor of South Bay Psychotherapy & EMDR, located within Eunoia Wellness Studio in Redondo Beach, CA. My work integrates EMDR with somatic therapy, attachment-focused approaches, and parts/IFS-informed work to support clients in understanding what their mind and nervous system have carried over time. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, panic, phobias, chronic overwhelm, and the somatic impact of long-term stress. My approach is warm, attuned, and paced with care, helping clients move toward greater steadiness, internal clarity, and self-connection. I offer EMDR as part of ongoing therapy, EMDR intensives for clients seeking deeper focused work, and adjunct EMDR for those who are already working with another therapist. In addition to direct clinical work, I provide supervision to associate therapists and offer EMDR consultation to clinicians looking to strengthen their skills, develop case conceptualization, or deepen their confidence with complex presentations. I am committed to trauma-informed, collaborative, and compassionate care—both with clients and within the professional community.
