About Me
My ambition is to offer a variety of evidence based interventions to address your individual needs. I have found that the most important aspect of the counseling process is often the relationship I establish with my client, with the goal of providing them with the skills to decrease the need for ongoing therapy support. I have a special interest in helping individuals to resolve trauma and build resilience. I am beginning to work on becoming certified in EMDR.
Education & Experience
I received my Master of Education (M. Ed.) from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. My education also includes a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Psychology with a Minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The Ohio State University.
