(She/her)
About Me
I received my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Francisco State University in 1993, and licensed in the state of California in 2000. My specialties include healing trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, codependency, and finding your authentic self after 50. In addition , I utilize a combination of EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I have worked in many different settings as a therapist. These include private practice, in-patient psychiatric care, geriatric care with psychiatric services, intensive outpatient programs, and chemical dependency/addiction medicine. That wide range of experiences allows me to use a variety of techniques to assist my clients. I am a native Californian and enjoy nature, my family and friends, my dogs, history, historical reenactment, and fiber arts such as weaving, crochet, and spinning wool into yarn both on spinning wheels and by hand.
