About Me
I’m honored to support you in your healing work. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, licensed in multiple states, with a clinical focus on trauma, identity, and embodiment. I bring years of experience witnessing people heal—as they reclaim their power, self-trust, and nervous system safety. I’ve recently completed training in Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™ (KA-EMDR) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Ketamine assists with a deeper access to memory networks, creative processing, and somatic shifts that don’t happen with talk therapy alone. I work closely with a prescriber to ensure care is ethical, intentional, and personalized. My approach is culturally grounded, compassion-led, and client-centered. If you’re navigating intergenerational trauma, burnout, or simply seeking a space to untangle what no longer serves you, I provide care rooted in curiosity, consent, and real connection. I also provide consultation for therapists who are looking to grow their EMDR skills with integrity and cultural attunement.
Education & Experience
Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. I got my Masters in Counseling from University of Phoenix and Bachelor's in Psychology from Arizona State University.
