About Me

I am a therapist who draws heavily on approaches such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems to help someone make deep changes in their life. Common issues include relationships, work, health or some other kind of painful or challenging transition. Clients might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burned out, stuck, or overcome by confusing emotions. I can work closely with a client to help them gain clarity and confidence. I would collaborate with a client to explore in a very curious, accepting and compassionate way what they need to feel empowered to create a more meaningful and satisfying life for themself.
