About Me
I work with individuals, children, and families. I use a combination of therapeutic styles such as: EMDR, FLASH, Super Resourcing, Attachment Theory, IFS, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and positive psychology. My goal is to build an alliance with each client, to help people understand their own wantings, which in turn facilitates personal growth, resilience, and, increased satisfaction in life and relationships.
Education & Experience
I have a MA in Counseling through JFK University. I obtained extensive training in early intervention therapies, early childhood trauma, and complicated trauma. I work across all age spans and treat trauma, complex trauma, career transitions, supporting new parents, family relations, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
