I use a combination of therapeutic styles such as: EMDR, FLASH, attachment theory, IFS, mindfulness, solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and positive psychology. My goal is to build an alliance with each client, to help people understand their own wantings, which in turn facilitates personal growth, resilience, and increased satisfaction in life and relationships.
