About Me
I work with individuals, children, and families. I use a combination of therapeutic styles such as: EMDR, FLASH, attachment theory, IFS, mindfulness, solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and positive psychology. My goal is to build an alliance with each client, to help people understand their own wantings, which in turn facilitates personal growth, resilience, and increased satisfaction in life and relationships.
Education & Experience
I have a MA in Counseling through JFK University. I obtained extensive training in early intervention therapies, and early childhood trauma. I often work with trauma, complex trauma, career transitions, supporting new parents, family relations, ADHD, depression and anxiety. Several years of training with EBAC, Infant Parent Program, Early Childhood Mental Health, and private practice for 6 years.
