About Me

Hello there! I have been in the mental health field since 2013, and a practicing therapist since 2017 after graduating from my master's program. I am a genderqueer woman with a passion for helping to bring healing to other members of the LGBTQIA+ community from a social justice lense. I am also a parent and a partner, an artist, and a lover of the outdoors. I have lived experience as a person with ADHD diagnosed in adulthood. I am also hoping to become an EMDR consultant in the near future.

Education & Experience

2017, Antioch University Seattle - Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy 2021 - EMDR basic training 2025 - EMDR 2.0 basic training, special techniques and masterclass I enjoy working with queer teens and adults who are hoping to heal from both single-incident trauma as well as complex PTSD. I am particularly interested in working with clients with dissociative presentations. I have experience working with clients with substance use disorders, mood disorders, attachment trauma and child abuse, life transitions, and gender exploration.
