About Me

I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a licensed mental health counselor. I received my Certified Clinical Supervisors certificate in 2005. I graduated from Springfield College with my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2008. I work with individuals, and couples. I conduct a bio- psychosocial assessments utilizing a variety of assessment tools. I am trained in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. ) I utilize client centered therapy to help the clients identify their strengths by utilizing motivation interview and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am well versed in group therapy and utilize evidenced based curriculums. I work effectively with clients who suffer with symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD and other mental health issues. As well as substance abuse. I have experience with working with adolescence, adults and the elderly.
