About Me
The majority of my practice involves helping people recover from complex trauma and traumatic events. This includes work with parts and creating a safe environment for healing. My approach is based on the belief that in treating the trauma, other symptoms such as depression and anxiety will be reduced to manageable levels. I am also an LGBTQ+ advocate with knowledge/ understanding of WPATH standards of care.
