About Me
My ideal client is someone who needs help adjusting to their circumstance. I want to assist you in your personal growth, and aiding in helping you find your normal and comfort in the world. I work with clients who struggle with a variety of different circumstances. I want to be able to help you feel as if you belong and can get the most out of life. I like to work with you to examine your relational patterns and how this has affected you throughout your life. I also work with kids who are struggling through difficult circumstances or are having big behaviors. I have worked in a crisis counseling setting for 9 years, including but not limited to, survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and a variety of trauma. My thoughts on therapy encompasses, strengthens based and interpersonal process therapy, emotion focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. My passion is to promote a healthy sense of self and to increase the feelings of acceptance and normalcy. I do this through work along side the client in a partnership to growth and overall health.
