About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor offering telehealth therapy for teens and adults living in Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and Utah. I work with individuals who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of past experiences—and who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease in their lives.
Education & Experience
I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Masters degrees of Social Work with an emphasis on Adult Mental Health and Wellness. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace. I am trained in EMDR therapy that helps the brain and body process distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming, allowing you to move forward with greater peace.
