About Me
I am born and raised in the great state of Maine. I love working with the unique population that we have here. I especially enjoy helping others that are looking to work through trauma that may be holding them back from the best life possible.
Education & Experience
I have been working in the mental health and addiction field for 10 plus years. I have experience working with a wide range of populations in different disciplines including case management, residential treatment programs for adolescents and adults, inpatient hospital settings as well as facilitating multiple intensive outpatient programs. My primary focus is on treating individuals working through trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, and addiction or chemical dependency issues. I currently am seeing individuals aged 12 and beyond.
