About Me
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a deep passion for helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and with others. I work with individuals who are navigating life’s challenges, whether that means working through anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space is always my first priority. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful part of the healing process, and my goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and supported in our work together. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into every session, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals.
Education & Experience
I received my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked in many areas searching for my passion, including non-profit organizations and group practices. My training focused heavily on providing trauma-informed care to people of all ages and various backgrounds.
