About Me

I am a trauma-informed, holistic therapist that works with people that have a tendency to give a lot— to their work, their families, their communities— often at the cost of their own well-being. Many of my clients that work in these helping professions—like healthcare professionals, first-responders, military service members, and social workers—find themselves navigating symptoms of burnout, compassion fatigue, stress responses, or the impact of past trauma. My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships— where all parts of you are welcomed and honored. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build capacity for emotional regulation and insight, and move toward a deeper connection with yourself. This is a space to slow down and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we will create a space where insight, self-compassion, and healing can unfold at your pace. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy appointments. www.cgholistictherapy.com

Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work at Boston College School of Social Work in 2016. I bring over ten years of clinical experience working with diverse populations across residential treatment centers, psychiatric inpatient units, community mental health settings, and private practice. My background includes extensive work with trauma-related disorders, and I integrate EMDR therapy as a core component of my clinical approach. I am EMDR-trained, a member of the EMDR International Association, and currently working toward EMDR certification.
