About Me

I experienced EMDR as a client and it profoundly changed my life. I like to say it gave me my life back. I attended traditional talk therapy for years and it did not help me like EMDR. I wanted to become a practioner of EMDR so that I can help others find the same peace. I am a CT native, lover of nature, animals, walking and riding my bike on the canal trail. I also love nothing more than curling up on my couch with a blanket, my cat and a good show.
