About Me

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for true healing. I use a warm, direct, and non-judgmental approach while integrating various therapeutic modalities. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). My therapeutic toolkit includes training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method for couples, and a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Education & Experience

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with an Education Specialist in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University. I have experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families battling a variety of life challenges. My diverse experience working in Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and outpatient settings has given me a well-rounded understanding of different client needs.
