About Me

I am a compassionate and integrative yet practical psychotherapist specializing in; complex PTSD chronic, Phobias, Mood disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, Performance Anxiety, Relational trauma, Complex Bereavement and Spiritual Emergency. I provide evidence-based treatment modalities including: EMDR, CBT, DBT, Hakomi-Trauma Focus, RC-s, Recreation of Self. My background includes Buddhist philosophy, medical Qigong, Yoga and Taoist meditation. I am culturally sensitive and offer safety and understanding to a large diversity of people including; differently-abled, neuro-diverse, atheist, religious and LGBTQ+ populations. My mission is to continue to ease suffering and help as many people as possible.

Education & Experience

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now Sofia University). I am trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities including evidence based ways of working such as: EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, Existential methods; Hakomi-Trauma Focus, Mindfulness, RCS-Recreation of Self and Transpersonal Psychotherapy. I specialize in; complex PTSD chronic, Phobias, Mood disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, Performance Anxiety, Relational trauma, Complex Bereavement and Spiritual Emergency.
