About Me

Have you been looking for a supportive and warm space to explore personal growth, identify unhelpful patterns, or work through stressors? Have you found yourself unable to fully engage in your relationships, your responsibilities, or your passions in the ways you want? Or, do you ever feel stuck in a memory, a negative thought, or a feeling? My goal is for us to work together to overcome these barriers so you can live a fulfilling life with a restored sense of strength, hope, and empowerment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked with diverse populations within settings such as private practice, outpatient facilities, schools, career readiness and GED programs, and behavioral health hospitals. I am passionate about supporting those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, and identity formation. Additionally, I love supporting women navigating the complexities and traumas of pregnancy and new motherhood. I also welcome the LGBTQ+ community as well as people of other marginalized identities. In my practice, I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach and believe that trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapy process. The primary modalities I use in partnership with my clients are EMDR and Ego State Therapy, but I also incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and The Flash Technique. I am certified in EMDR with EMDRIA, am an EMDR Consultant-in-Training, am trained in EMDR through Trauma Recovery/HAP, trained Ego State Therapy by Robin Schapiro, trained in The Flash Technique by Philip Manfield Ph.D., and have advanced trainings in EMDR with Traumatic Bereavement, Complex PTSD, and Acute Stress Syndrome Stabilization. I am also the founder of the Colorado EMDR Therapists Facebook group and am an EMDR Consultant-in-Training. You do not need to carry the burden of your suffering alone anymore. It has taken you so much courage to ask for help. Together we can help you find peace, healing, and connection so you can thrive in the life you want and deserve. I am only offering telehealth services at this time.
