Education & Experience
I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for nearly 20 years, with training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Family Systems Therapy. I use my training and experience to provide concrete tools and techniques for growth. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work and Master of Social Work (MSW) degrees from the University of Georgia. My B.S. in Sociology is from James Madison University.
