About Me

As a trained EMDR therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families through transformative healing journeys. With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, I help clients address past wounds, reduce distressing symptoms, and build resilience for a more fulfilling life. My practice extends to adoptive families, couples in crisis and adolescent/ young adult identity work. I provide tailored support to navigate unique challenges and create deeper connection and healing.
