About Me
I was born in the UK and moved to the United States in 2010. My professional journey began in marketing, and I later pursued certifications in psychodynamic counseling before life events—including an international move—temporarily paused my career path. After settling in New York and then Florida, I transitioned into the fitness and wellness field. This period deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and led me to complete my formal education as a therapist in 2022. Since this time, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside courageous men and women navigating the impact of anxiety, depression and past or present abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. I provide EMDR therapy in both community health and private practice settings, supporting clients as they reconnect with their inner strengths and rebuild the self-esteem. Through EMDR, I help clients feel more grounded in their bodies, develop internal resources to feel more empowered, and build trust in themselves and their judgment. My aim is to support each person in learning coping strategies aligned with their values, their nervous system, and their priorities—so they can move through life with greater optimism, resilience and self-confidence.
