About Me
When we experience trauma our ability to understand ourselves and honor our needs becomes difficult. Whether you are going through a life transition, experiencing relationship challenges, struggling with self-esteem, anxiety or depression, my goal is to support you uncover a place of healing and growth. Working together, I support my clients through a lens of curiosity rather than judgment. I aim to create an inclusive, safe space, where you are the expert in your experience to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. My approach to therapy is conversational and authentic. I am a strengths-based, empathetic clinician with a background in trauma treatment. To meet your individualized goals I integrate a variety of trauma-informed cognitive and behavioral approaches as well as breath-work and meditation. I am currently offering half day and full day EMDR intensives only. This intensive format allows you to process traumatic experiences quickly and efficiently. These sessions are most beneficial when week-to-week therapy is not feasible or if you are looking for more immediate symptom relief. EMDR Intensives allows for processing more information in a condensed amount of time. If you are interested in learning more or scheduling a free 15 minute consultation please send me an email. Please note, insurance does not cover intensive services at this time.
