Throughout my career, I have supported clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, single-event trauma, complex trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and various other forms of life stress. In addition to helping clients navigate these challenges, I also specialize in strength-based personal growth, assisting clients in enhancing their abilities and resilience. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that interventions are both effective and personalized. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, and I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
