About Me

Clients come to me because they are motivated to achieve long lasting change. They are willing to try something different and are ready to take control of their lives. They are ready to heal and experience relief. My role as your therapist is to provide you with information and tools to support you throughout your healing process. I will guide and help you navigate your internal system so you can attune to your needs in a manner that can help with healing from the inside out. My training in trauma informed care and EMDR, amongst others, means that I have the expertise you need to regain control of your life. I know that trusting someone with what is most vulnerable to you can be a scary thought. I have 15 years of experience, knowledge and training specializing in helping explore your unique experience with curiosity to get to the root of their problems and understand the why. Patients that work with me describe me as a compassionate person who helps them recognize their strengths, and help them believe in themselves again. They are able to connect to their inner wisdom and recognize how they are active participants in their healing journey.
