About Me

I am an NJ licensed clinical social worker. I have been working in mental health and addiction services providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy for over 35 years.

I utilize an Intergenerational Family Systems approach being attuned to the influence of culture, gender, class, and ethnicity of families, and the debilitating effects of trauma on relationships.

I am passionate about the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address the effects of trauma on the attachment bonds within couples and enabling them to have fully connected and intimate lives.
