About Me
I help clients restore their experience of thriving, and uncover a deep internal sense of safety, love, belonging. and personal empowerment. Trauma, stuck or frozen in the nervous system, often distorts our feelings, reactions, and beliefs, impeding our ability to have the life we truly desire. In my practice, I utilize EMDR therapy to help clients reprocess past trauma as well as their present triggers, in order to create an internal ecology of thriving that harnesses their inherent resilience, wisdom, and power.
