About Me
Hey, brave soul. I have the honor of working as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist in Greenville, South Carolina. I also have been teaching trauma-informed yoga for over ten years and often incorporate Somatic Therapy and EMDR in my trauma-healing toolkit. In 2020, I founded HeARTS for Hope Therapy, a private practice that specializes in embodied healing practices that integrate art therapy, somatic therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed yoga. I really enjoy working with women, teens, and young adults who are ready and willing to honor their courageous, creative spirit and break free from the negative impacts of trauma, grief, or limiting beliefs. I believe that the expressive arts are a uniquely powerful tool for healing trauma and reducing shame, while promoting resiliency and self-acceptance. I use a holistic mind-body approach in my therapeutic practice and feel honored to hold space for hope and healing.
