I work with individuals ages 3 and up. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting strategies, but I have experience with a wide range of mental health disorders. As a parent of two, I understand the challenges and joys of everyday life. I would be honored to help you, your child, or your family through difficult times. I work with those ages 3 to adults. As a parent of two wonderful children, I understand the challenges of juggling the pressures that come from everyday life, but also the joys. There are many ups and downs in life and I'd be honored to help you, your child, or your family through one of those times when it feels pretty tough. When I work with clients, I focus on the whole person and take a personal approach. My belief is that change is possible, and every client is unique in their own way. I always work to tailor my therapy services based on individual needs, recognizing that where someone is at in life is just a snapshot in time. It can be really difficult to make the decision to start getting counseling. But I'm here to help. I work with individuals and families to get the tools they need to make positive changes in their lives.
