About Me

I’m a therapist who believes in creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood — without judgment. I work with adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. With over 10 years in Social Work, I’ve supported Veterans, caregivers, and individuals navigating addiction and complex life experiences. I have a special place in my heart for caregivers, especially those caring for children with autism and neurocognitive disorders. I understand how emotionally and physically taxing that role can be, and offer grounded, compassionate support.

Education & Experience

I received my masters degree from University of Nevada, Reno in 2019. Prior to completing my degree and entering into clinical work, I worked as a case manager in Las Vegas for an HIV/AIDS organization for 5 years. During my clinical internship I found an interest in trauma work while devoting my time to treating addictions. This work led me to working with the military population and now opening up my own private practice to serve the greater Las Vegas community

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I also work with Collaboration Center Foundation where I offer groups for caregivers and will be introducing a Social Skills Group as well as a Social Anxiety group for individuals with disabilities.
