About Me
I provide a calm, relaxed, supportive, & compassionate environment for (adult/18+) clients to feel trusted, & heard. I support clients on their journey of healing, focusing on life balance, emotional well-being, self empowerment, & self love. I believe you hold the answers within yourself & my job is to assist where you may feel stuck. I support clients by encouraging you to sit with & push through discomfort, while gently challenging distorted self talk & inner dialogue. As an EMDR, & trauma therapist I hope to support you in finding internal strength, to help create balance & re-discover or re-create your own meaning of happiness. We will work on internal core issues, self talk, stressors, & unhealthy patterns & behaviors. I will guide you through this process by using CBT, EMDR therapeutic modalities, & person centered therapy to address whatever challenges may have brought you here. Much of my experience is with substance abuse, trauma, & co-occurring disorders (anxiety/depression). Although this journey may be uncomfortable at times, learning to love & understand yourself is possible! I believe each of us carries so much potential, sometimes we just need a little support & guidance.
