About Me

I'm Crystal, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my Master’s Degree from St. Edward’s University in 2017 and attended Texas State University for my Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Development. I have diverse experience working in residential care, hospitals, non profit organizations and private practice. I love working with college age and adolescent girls. I know life is not easy at times; trying to balance school, friendships, home life, and extracurricular activities. Many individuals struggle to do those things while living with symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and/or trauma. My goal is to help you overcome these difficult times by connecting and walking along side you in your journey toward growth and change. I provide a safe, warm space for clients to explore, challenge and replace those unhelpful thoughts and behaviors utilizing CBT and EMDR.
