About Me

I am a certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, so EMDR is my world! I am super passionate about EMDR Therapy as I have seen first hand how transformative the approach can be for clients. I have extensive experience incorporating ego state work, polyvagal theory and attachment and neurodevelopment into my EMDR practice, which results in a comprehensive way to conceptualize an individual's overall functioning level and help them achieve lasting relief. I love using this approach in my consulting work with other EMDR therapists as well, especially in the treatment of complex trauma and dissociative disorders.
