"due to current visa restriction, I am unable to take on clients (可接人民币付费）but open to provide consultations to clinicians and refer you to my consultees " My journey of becoming a helping professional commenced after 3 years of immersive personal growth in a group setting facilitated by the Haven Institute based on Vancouver Island. The Haven has had a profound influence on me and my approach to working with people; therapy is an art of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing.’ I have worked with clients of all ages and different ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds since 2017 and have developed a particular passion for parenting and trauma treatment. My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic and existentialist principles, with a focus on the utilization of EMDR integrated with IFS, psychoanalysis, and polyvagal-informed somatic approaches. Over the years, I have learned from esteemed professionals such as Bessel Van Der Kolk, Maria Gomori, Linda Nicholls, and Arielle Schwartz, and have attended workshops and trainings of all sorts.
