About Me

Humaning in this modern world and supporting others to do the same to the best of our abilities. Dog Mom. Nature Lover. Live Music Fan. Sex Positive. Expat. Licensed Private Practice Therapist. I primarily practice Internal Family Systems (IFS) and weave in other tools including EMDR. This mix is a great way to have deeper awareness and insight of yourself (IFS) and to do the nervous system level changes (EMDR). I'm honored to offer this guidance for those willing to do personal development. I specialize in Elder Caregivers and am knowledgeable about Dementia and medical trauma. I love working with Expats. I am available to those wanting to practice Telehealth. Lately, my passion has been offering therapy intensives where I will get to work with someone 1:1 for multiple hours at a time. I find this to be efficient and powerful. It is a great way to supplement your already existing therapy practice or to do a condensed deep dive without the pressure of time.

Education & Experience

I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Business from the University of Oregon. After a career in Fundraising, I worked as an Activities Associate at a local nursing home, which confirmed my passion for working with the older adult community. I earned my M.S. in Counseling and a Certificate in Gerontology at Portland State University. I am certified in IFS and EMDR.
