About Me

I’m a psychotherapist, educator, and clinical supervisor with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I’m certified in EMDR and trained in Internal Family Systems. I specialize in utilizing an Attachment-focused approach to address a wide range of issues, including trauma, depression, relationship struggles, attachment wounds, anxiety disorders, and creative blocks. Internal Family Systems Therapy, is a highly effective therapeutic method that promotes harmonious integration among our inner 'parts' that may be in conflict. The duration of therapy can vary according to the objectives. Practical strategies are developed collaboratively, and your goals and progress are consistently re-evaluated. My style is interactive, curious, creative, direct, and insightful. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in association with Journey Clinical. This groundbreaking treatment is suitable for clients with certain types of depression or those looking to deepen transpersonal work in therapy.

Education & Experience

I’ve had the opportunity to develop programs and facilitate workshops for individuals struggling with addiction and have been instrumental in creating supportive mental health programs for marginalized populations, including the Los Angeles dual diagnosis homeless community and foster youth transitioning out of the foster care system. My work with trauma, grief, and recovery has been highly valued by organizations such as Hollygrove, Community Access Network, and the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health. I’ve served as an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology departments at Mount Saint Mary’s University and the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC). I have a proven track record of supervising and training numerous therapists toward licensure. My MSW was earned from the University of Hawaii.
