About Me

I try to appreciate the need for convenient but effective treatment that meets people where their busy lives need to be met. I am, above all else, a generalist practitioner and have worked with diverse client populations throughout my career to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression/mood disorders to caregiver and work/career stress, Personality Disorder concerns, PTSD and a variety of other issues that people from many different cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds can confront. I encorporate diverse modalitites of practice into my work, such as Psychodynamic theories, CBT and EMDR.
