About Me

*I am currently offering EMDR supervision at a deeply discounted rate of $50 for individual supervision for one hour and $40 for two-hour group consultation.

I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Consultant-in-Training (CIT) with over 10 years of clinical experience. My clinical background is rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks, and I bring that depth to EMDR consultation — helping therapists integrate EMDR with relational and developmental lenses, work with attachment wounding, and navigate the complexity of clients with early relational trauma.
I offer individual and group EMDR consultation for therapists working toward EMDRIA Certification or seeking to deepen their clinical confidence with the protocol. I particularly enjoy working with clinicians who are integrating EMDR into a relational or psychodynamic practice, and who want to think carefully about the therapeutic relationship, attachment patterns, and pacing alongside the protocol.
As a CIT, I work under the supervision of an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Up to 15 consultation hours with a CIT count toward EMDRIA certification requirements. I currently have openings for both individual consultees and a small ongoing consultation group.
Consultation offered virtually and in-person in Pittsburgh, PA.
