You may be carrying the weight of addiction, the pain of past trauma, or the shame and fear that often come with both. I help people recover from addiction, heal from trauma, and move beyond the shame that keeps them feeling stuck. With compassionate, trauma-informed support, I provide a safe place to understand the roots of what you’re facing, build lasting change, and assist you in removing obstacles that will make the path forward seem more clear.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, affected family members, individuals who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, traumatic events, grief & loss, and relationship issues. Working with people who have a diverse number of identities and backgrounds, I value, honor, and celebrate differences. I look forward to cultivating a strong, working relationship with all the individuals I have the privilege of embarking with on the journey of healing.
