With 25 years of experience, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic approaches. I help clients uncover the roots of distress and build greater peace, self-compassion, and connection in their lives.
