About Me
I enjoy helping clients become more grounded & solid, shift old patterns and dynamics, and to show up in their lives in a way that is more authentically embodied, empowered, open, creative, connected, and meaningful. I work with individuals who might be struggling with: navigating grief; anxiety; trauma; changing patterns in their life; or feeling stuck or lost despite the attainment of outer goals.
Education & Experience
I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Regis University in 2005 and have been practicing since early 2006.
