About Me

I believe there are many people who suffer silently. It can be difficult to reach out for help, especially when feeling alone, vulnerable, misunderstood, or hopeless. I often work with adults who have been struggling with their sense of self though they appear "okay" to others. Most of these people have recent or past unresolved trauma and/or childhood issues that have never been fully resolved. I provide a relaxed, non-judgmental space. I'll help you remain present & grounded during sessions. I want clients to be able to feel safe in our therapeutic relationship, knowing this can translate to having other healthier relationships. You will learn tools that you can use in your daily life & begin to see changes in your view of yourself & others.
