About Me

I do telehealth counseling and I enjoy doing this work that I was put on the earth to do. My clients will need a device with a camera, like a computer, tablet or cell phone. I will meet with my clients through their portal that we set up together. We will meet weekly to help move them on their journey to healing with EMDR, The Flash Technique and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I have a Cognitive Behavioral background and I conceptualize my cases from this framework.
