About Me
My work with clients spans decades and in my private practice I currently focus on working with adults to devlop a collaborative relationship so that clients can work on 'that thing' or 'those things' that get in their way and hold them back from feeling fully alive in the present, or from being where they want to be in their lives. Clients break from self-defeating beliefs and eliminate self-sabotaging behaviors or habits and learn more effective ways to cope so that they can meet and maintain their most desired goals.
Education & Experience
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and specialize in Mental Health Counseling. I have been licensed for over 25 years. I am also a Certified Professional Coach. I have worked in a variety of multicultural settings both in the U.S. and Asia. I have worked with individuals, couples, children, teens, families and groups. I also work with coaching clients in the U. S. and Internationally.
